Financial Forensic Transformation

Produce a base financial evaluation tool that allows for performance review, actionable analytics as well as scenario building.

PHASE 1 DISCOVERY –Complete

Assess current practices for recording transactions, and relevant applications (AMB, Movitity/Movation, etc.). Review financial accounts for transformation structure. Understand all aspects of compensation structure for Branches (Originator/Processor compensation) as examples. Identify weaknesses and propose only changes where significant value can be added.

PHASE 2 BASELINE

This phase will illustrate in mortgage terms the company baseline for profitability, efficiencies, and metrics driven.

PHASE 3 MODEL 

Produce an interactive management tool to assess a budget, trending, and forecast scenarios while maintaining the company goals.

PHASE 4 NEXT STEPS

Predicated on time and agreement. Items such as training and mentoring may be part of the solutions to effective reporting and understanding. Some items discussed may be an inherent by-product of the above as to improved financial reporting and actionable analytics.  Creation of standard periodic reporting packages and deep-dive analytics are examples.

It is assumed that the consultant will have access to all data as well as subject matter experts (SMEs) in order to produce as per the statement of work.  In addition, the consultant will set at least weekly status and progress meetings with the client as a means of providing transparency and feedback.

Open to other scopes of work as agreed upon. Other 3^rd party evaluation is out of scope.

Agreement and Terms

This agreement is between First Alliance Mortgage and 20/20 Vision for Success Consulting.  Agreed upon services will be delivered by Andy Tabag (Consultant) and his independent company, Andy Tabag Consulting.

Duration

Commitment shall be 20 hours per week for as long as 4 weeks as described in the Statement of Work unless otherwise agreed. Phase 2 will commence on or about 6/27/2022

Investment

An investment of $135 per hour will be charged for Phase 2 work performed on a weekly basis at a rate of 20 hours per week for four weeks. Payment of $10,800 will be in advance for the duration of the work as stated. Payment to be made via a credit card. Payment will be immediate upon submission of this form.
