Bridge the Gap Custom Group

A custom program for the branch coaching, this is a stand-alone package. To have the most impact access will be given to the Bridge the Knowing-Doing Gap content on a site Phil Cicio and I created to have access to reference materials. I offer three 45-minute GROUP sessions per month for the three months. It will include some one-on-one, based on the conversations with Damian.

• Three 40-45 minute GROUP sessions per month for the three months. Flat rate for the branch.  (Damian could join in along with another Lo he has could join in or if he hires new Los they could jump in.)
• Four one-on-one speed-coaching slots per month. Includes a link to schedule and for tracking. It would be up to the individuals to schedule the sessions and it is on a first come first serve. Responsibility to participate is held by the branch participant. Coach will not be responsible for who uses the one-on-one sessions or to be sure they are used.
